Itinerary:
- 9:00 - Pick up from your accommodation in Longyearbyen
- Head to Longyearbyen harbour, receive safety brief, equipment and board open boat.
- Embark on a hunt for wildlife of all sorts and be on the lookout for any movement in the water!
- Stop at one of the many glaciers gracing our island.
- Lunch in the tundra.
- Head back to Longyearbyen.
- appx. 18:00 - Arrival in Longyearbyen.
- Transport back to accommodation.
What to bring:
- Warm socks or layers of socks
- Dress in warm layers
- A buff
- Sunglasses or ski glasses
- Headwear like a beanie or headband... hats have a tendency to fly off!
- Binoculars
- A bottle of water
- Plastic bag/s for your electronic devices.
