DAY 1
- Pick-up from your accommodation in Longyearbyen
- Meet your guide, followed by a briefing and safety instructions
- Departure by open RIB boat to Barentsburg, with the following stops:
- Landing at Alkhornet for a hike at the base of the mountain, exploring bird cliffs and the Arctic tundra
- Lunch in the field during the hike
- Continue by boat to Barentsburg, arrival and check-in at the hotel
- Meet at the reception for a guided tour of Barentsburg, including a visit to the Husky Center
- Dinner at the hotel restaurant and overnight stay in Barentsburg
- In the expedition center Russkiy Dom the guide will get you familiar with the safety instructions during the sea passage and will help you to fit the equipment and get ready for departure.
DAY 2
- Breakfast in the hotel restaurant
- Choose between:
- Or a dog sledding (on wheels) adventure through the canyons surrounding Barentsburg
- Lunch at the hotel restaurant
- After lunch, depart by RIB boat trip towards the Greenland Sea
- Return to Barentsburg in time for dinner
- Dinner at the hotel restaurant and overnight stay in Barentsburg
DAY 3
- Breakfast in the hotel restaurant
- Free time in Barentsburg
- Departure by open RIB boat towards Pyramiden, with stops along the way:
- Landing in the Bohemanflya and visit to the old Dutch mining settlement of Reinsburg
- Lunch in the field during the journey
- Continue by boat to Pyramiden, arriving in time for dinner
- Dinner at the Pyramiden restaurant
- Visit the projection room for a screening of a short Soviet-era film on film reel
- Overnight stay at the Pyramiden hotel
DAY 4
- Breakfast in the hotel restaurant
- Extended guided tour of Pyramiden, exploring as many of its unique corners and hidden spots as possible
- Lunch at the Pyramiden restaurant
- The activity will be chosen based on weather and group preferences, with options like hiking to Arctic lakes, kayaking in Petunia Bay, climbing Mount Pyramiden, or other activities included in the price
- Dinner in the hotel restaurant
- Overnight stay at the Pyramiden hotel
DAY 5
- Breakfast in the hotel restaurant
- Optional visit to the Pyramiden mine (at extra cost)
- Free time in Pyramiden
- Lunch at the Pyramiden restaurant
- Departure by open RIB boat to Barentsburg, with the following stops:
- A stop and short hike in Skansbukta
- Arrival in Longyearbyen at approximately 18:00, followed by transfer to your accommodation
